In anticipation of Tisha B’av, and with gratitude to Rabbanit Bracha Jaffe, here are recordings of all five perakim (chapters) of Megillat Eicha, which you can use to learn how to leyn the megillah. There is also a link to the text, with thanks to Sefaria.
Please note that perek three has a special tune. There are many; this is the one that Rabbanit Bracha learned.
