Jane J. Felton is a partner at the law firm Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. Her practice includes matrimonial and custody disputes. She represented the woman in L.B.B. v. S.B.B., a recently unsealed New Jersey case that ruled that the First Amendment protects a woman’s right to publicize her husband’s refusal to provide her a get.
