Ta'amod: Stand Up! NYC
I help things run better! Whether organizational culture and functionality, personal or professional development or group dynamics, I offer guidance, feedback and tools to move people and processes forward. As a trainer, facilitator and Jewish educator I provide an objective viewpoint to organizations supporting them in reflecting their mission and values in internal processes and culture. Currently, I serve as the inaugural National Director of Ta’amod: Stand Up, a multi-pronged initiative dedicated to ending gender abuse and harassment in the Jewish communal workplace. I have held multiple department head roles for local and National Jewish, secular and nonprofit arts organizations. I also develop workshops and work privately with individuals as a coach and guide on a variety of social emotional topics, including soulful parenting, infusing personal values in everyday life, women’s empowerment, career development, self-discovery and more.
Subjects of expertise:
Everyday mindfulness for everybody and situation
Clearing the path for personal/professional development
Women’s empowerment and self-care
Improving relationships (partners, friends, colleagues, with ourselves…)
Reduced stress parenting
