Reading Megillat Kohelet on Sukkot

For those whose custom it is to read Megillat Kohelet, it is leyned on the Shabbat during Sukkot.

Women may leyn Megillat Kohelet.

Since many congregations read Kohelet from a printed book and not a parchment megillah scroll,

it is easier to leyn.

We encourage you to organize or participate in a women’s Megillat Kohelet leyning during Sukkot.
