Laura Shaw Frank is a doctoral student in modern Jewish history at the University of Maryland, College Park and a teacher of Tanach and Jewish History at the Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community High School. She is a founding board member of JOFA and the organizer of the Baltimore Women's Tefillah Group. Formerly, Ms. Shaw Frank worked as a commercial litigator. She graduated from Columbia University School of Law and Columbia College.
